I've noticed the gearbox in my 2015 allroad 272bhp s tronic. Driving into work this morning, I was doing around 15mph and the 'box didn't seem to be able to decide what gear it wanted, as such it seemed to be banging the clutch in and out really quickly. It wasn't changing gear, more taking itself out of gear and then putting the same one back in around twice a second.
I could have probably stopped it by speeding up slightly but I was stuck behind something so that wasn't an option.
Has anyone experienced anything similar? The cars done 93k miles and had its second gearbox service at about 80k. OBD11 tells me that both the engine and gearbox have a new software version available if that means anything.
