Tailgate window leak

Hello all.
Have noticed a lot of water pouring out of the tailgate when I open it after it has rained. I am getting an intermittent third brake light fault as well, usually after it has rained. from looking at the window from the outside it looks like the glass is starting to de-laminate. Anyone ever have this problem..can it be repaired or is it a new window I have to get??

Found the source of the problem, split seal on the tailgate..sorted it out with some black silicone seal.....from what I gather its a common fault on Avants..
