Whats the best thing to get get tar marks off?

you can use petrol, WD40 or white spirit.

there are more dedicated products out there, I use Autosmart Tardis which I think is the best.

I use Tardis but there is other stuff that can be used.

Meguiars Gold Class Bug n' Tar Remover... good for the dead critters on the bumper too

be sure to use a good wax afterwards though, as all of the above methods will take off any that you've already got on there (also makes it easier to take of in future!).

Tardis is good. Personal favourite at the moment is KKD Tar Tastic. Nice thick gel so clings well and really helps dissolve the tar. Also smells nice and lemony
