TDI rev counter :(

Hi lads, anyone had a dead rev counter, rear demister and fag lighter? Im new to the 80 model having only had B5 & 6's before so having checked the engine bay scuttle fusebox I can't see any blown, and now the diagram I have for an 80 TDI B4 shows fuse S12 15A as feeding G5 rev counter, but its not blown, also no mention of the rev counter on the fuse cover for no 12....

Its a B4 1Z TDI on a 94 plate...

Minor update, S12 also feeds the reversing light switch, and the last owner has fitted a reversing sensor setup from ebay (which works) but I think in doing so has disabled the rev counter. I would rather have a rev counter. Have to investigate further.

Anyone else had this?
