I have a 2005 audi A8L and the onstar of course don't work. But looking to get the phone working. When I press the phone button all I get is the tutorial screen but no dail screen. So is the telematics unit dead? I hooked up the vag cable and it says phone switched off. Tried turning it back on but no luck. Can it be something else?
