Temporary disable the alarm??

Hi,

I am hoping to retrofit the CC stalk and the front seats of an A5.

Instructions call for unplugging the battery for 30 mins to avoid accidental deployment of the airbags.

When I do the alarm goes off and I am working on the kurb and would like to disconnect the battery and leave the car locked while I wait and while I inspect the plugs and rearrange the wiring of the seats inside.

Is there a way to temporarily de-activate de factory alarm to do that?

I have the Obd eleven pro if that helps.

Did you try to unlock the car with the fob, disconnect battery, lock door manually with key.

The problem is that the lock/unlock operates all 4 doors at once and the bonnet also triggers the alarm but is sorted now
