TFSIe Lights turning on and off during charging

Does anyone else have this issue when charging from a wallcharger?

Get regular comments at work that my cars having a party? It's like a disco.....

Charges fine and the app shows no issues (all locked aswell).

Not had an issue with this. Does it happen everytime? Are you always using the same wallcharger?

Mine does that too on any charger. I've video'd the rear lights coming on every 20-30 mins for 30 seconds exactly.

No solution found on mine, but booked into the stealership in a few months for:
- MMI rebooting in low signal areas
- SOS not available issue
- Insulation mat recall.

Apparently there is a software update due out in a month (probably more than that) that will fix the SoS and MMI issues so it may address the lights issue too.

Are the 'party' TFSIe's all Matrix LED Headlights or even the basic (LED reflector headlights) and standard (LED projector headlights) also like to party?
Just a headsups that the software update may take more than a day to complete. Soon will send my car for service on a Friday (weekend they are closed), and they will keep the car till Wed.
