Was taken round Bedford in this a few years back, 4x4 and 609bhp in the trim it was in back then. It tore everything apart it came up behind and Lee (the owner) could properly pedal it.
my pals pulsar, running close to 390bhp, funny thing is its real drivable at slow speeds, then under full throttle is gone! unbelivable power off the mark!
Well on the road for "point to point" it has to be my old 1992 Subaru Legacy Turbo, it was running 250bhp and 250lb/ft of torque and made me realise that 250bhp is all you need.
One of the fastest cars I have been in has to be the Ariel Atom Top end isnt so good at 140mph! But acceleration.. Could not stop smiling.. amazing piece of kit! The next quickest has to be either the V8 FSI R8 or a Lotus Exige R! All superb cars!

HEKTORS RS4 when its running sweet......nearly 700bhp. Having owned a few large fast bikes I can honestly say it would contend with them in a straight line. I thought my S3 was nippy..........not compared to that it isn't.
These are a few of the nippy motors we've got / had:
And the latest addition:
Had a Merc SLS which was quite quick but the SLR pulls its pants down. Had F430s, various Lambos but the most savage car I've chucked around was a TVR Tuscan R, so light, so lethal!
The quickest car I have ever been in as a passenger is a Pagani Zonda on the top gear test track.....its was 'only' a C12 but considering it is one of my favourite cars ever produced I was extremely happy
Nissan GTR which I drove in July this year on a track day near Gainsborough & have some excellent video footage from inside the car. Also, the Aston Martin DBS at Elvington. Both of these were track days with instructors.
Not sure if Noble M10? is faster these or not, but drove this at Leicester Airfield on a track day.
hi all im going to do well in this as my misses worked for a skyline tunner so here we go
a mate had a 717bhp evo 5 that was silly fast but so laggy and the skyline tunner GTART had a drag car that made 930bhp at the wheels at 2.0bar it was an r34 and the same feller (he buys and sell large aircraft) his road going skyline (r33 gtr biult buy bommer in japan) made 1030bhp at the wheels and i dont think my body could take more than one full bore 0-150 . the r33 on road tyres did 10sec quater on standerd road tyres and a road setup but in testing the r34 did a 9.2 last year at the japshow and its since got over 250 bhp more and less weight and push button gear shift .
