Tips for replacing W5W Sidelight lamps

Hi all, any tips on how to replace the W5W sidelights (see pic). I can just about get my hand in the access cubby hole, but can only reach the wires and not the bulb holder itself. Not sure whether it's meant to twist to unlock or whether I should just tug hard at the wiring..... Scared of breaking the connectors.

Any help appreciated..... PS no prizes for advising me to remove the bumper.
I've managed to change P21W DRL bulb just by hand (Same access) so hoping would also be able to do this one.

Hello There.
You can just pull it out by the wireing, don't need to twist. Watch out if you put LED-s in, the computer could turn it off if the resistance not high enought.
