Too good to be true??

Used one of those years and years ago before i knew what a remap was.. Basically it cons the ECU into thinking the air coming through the intake is more dense/colder and makes the car fire more fuel through the injectors, it works in a fashion but soon took it off when i understood how it worked and went for a remap which was worlds apart. The car i used it on was a 2002 1.9 VW Golf GT TDI 130 back in 2006.

they kind of work but its a bad way of doing it.. all it does is dump more fuel into the engine...

if i was you i wouldnt put that nowhere near my car and get it professionally remapped.. there is a reason a custom remap costs around £400...
