Torque setting - spacers

Am I correct in thinking wheel bolts need to be torqued to 120nm?

Not sure if running spacers makes any difference? This is for a FL saloon running staggered setup, again not sure if that makes a difference.

Correct sir.

I used 120nm for the brief period I had spacers on with no issues.
