Traffic sign detection malfunction

hi guys i imported my A7 from Germany and here sometimes in first 10 minutes traffic sign detection works perfectly but after that it shows:
Speed limit display:
Outside operational area

It’s possible that the camera needs calibrated…

Do you know if the windscreen has been replaced at any point?

Also Speed Limit detection was an optional extra in a few markets, do you know if it was unlocked as an aftermarket addition, or supplied OEM from the factory? as

The car comes with prestige package
And i am not sure about windscreen being replaced. Could i calibrate it using OBD?

It’s not possible to do a home calibration as it’s considered part of the driver safety system.
