Might be poor tuning, i reviewed some dynos from the other pages quickly and most do not drop off that significant. But it seems after 5700-6000 power does start to fall off.

I'm interested in the benefits from this new 9-blade turbine.

Also, does the turbo come with N75 or do you have to swap over from old turbo?

Id say is tune related also. Id not say poor tuning but how they tune all have their style so to say.

Benefits are higher flowing over the previous 12blade turbine, lighter, larger, also new optimized bearing system to suit

We have not done back to back testing vs old, but we know this turbine and geometry, as are using in other hybrid upgrades we produce.

Really we will just let the results roll and let do the talking as many shipping so we then see a range of results from tuner to tuner, fuel differences and hardware.. This gives a better picture then 1 result.

We do have a car on the dyno now and will share that but as ive said before...Tuners do get better at the results over time.

I would suggest contacting Phil @ USP directly. He'll get you squared away with the updated version. May also have a better deal, discount, etc...if you ask him. Not sure on N75, but iirc they come with if buying new.

100% all turbos sending out now are 9blade. So if ordered from USP sure you would get. I don't think Phil is aware as yet of the change

You need:
TTRS/RS3 LPFP (option to add Torbyte PM3 module)
HPFP: APR, LOBA, or AutoTech HPFP internals
AUDI RS4 PRV (double check this info, I know it is must on EA113)
RS3 injectors
Cold intake
Exhaust
Racing cooling RAD
Option (from my point must have for above 450HP): WMI system (suggestion Torqbyte CM5 controller + plus single nozzle)

Many people didn't upgrade internals, but if you expect 480HP+ (from my opinion) it is must have.

I don't think RS3 injector fit EA888 Gen1. I can't find any body who fit those.
Only bigger injector that fit EA888 GEN1 that I'm aware of are LDK from Opel 30% more flow or the Nostrum 50% more flow but very expansive.
I would love that somebody proof me wrong and show that RS3 injector's fit.

The connector are same but the part that seat in the head of the engine look very different than a Bosch 0261500162 from EA888.
How do you know they would fit? because by eye it look like it will not fit.
Also are they made to be used at +150 bar like on EA888
Look at this graph where you can see that Continental V8 injector are falling out of flow at over 100bar of pressure.

And if you have to machine the head to fit those and change rail then it's cheaper to, fit 4 nostrum injector's that will outflow those.

I have some AUDI B8.5 Gen2 ( same as Gen1) 2.0TFSI Flexfuel Bosch ref 0261 500 164 that are proven by APR to be able to flow 374 CHP @ 190 bar with 100% E85 so about 480 Chp with regular gazoline according that E85 need 30% more flow. Those are plug and Play.

Ok thank for info, also am currently running K04 apr turbo, my plan is build engine first, chang Rod/piston after finish build engine again run same turbo K04,
To check if build engine is perfect, then move on change to TTe480. U think is best way of doin this, or just do it all strage to tte480 with same time as build engine. Thx

Hi I was studying more the injector. look like the Golf MK7 R injector should fit.
Some guy's pushed those to 386 WHP with E85 so should able to push enough for you. VW part 06L906036L / Bosch part 0261 500 171

This is a USA GTI 7 so doesn't have the 8 injector ( 4 MPI) only the 4 DI
Also seams that Golf7 R injector have 10% more flow than G7 GTI.
