Hi all

Im looking for what options there are for the above car.

not looking to go silly power. just an upgrade.

was looking at these parts if required but struggling to find options

induction kit - carbonio seems to be the only choice but expensive
exhaust - custom? does it need cats out, cat back, turbo back etc?
cooler - can't find any that aren't really pricey

do i need anything else? would be looking at around the 260 - 280 mark?

To get between 260 and 280 you would need the cold air induction system, turbo back exhaust with Sports Cat and a Loba/APR HPFP, you'd also need a Stage 2+ remap. Other supporting mods would be an intercooler and TIP but not essential. If your clutch is the standard one which hasn't been changed before then you'd also be looking to replace both the clutch and fly wheel as an OE one wouldn't last too long at Stage 2+

Other things that you'd also need to make sure are done are the Cam Follower, Cam Chain and Tensioner and Oil Pick up Pipe.

I'll be putting my APR Carbono induction system up for sale soon

Try a stage 1 remap and see how you feel. Makes for a pretty rapid car.

Also if you've not changed your diverter valve or PCV recently this could make a big difference,
as all your precious boost could be escaping!

A boost tight engine at stage 1 should give you around 230-250hp and 300lb/ft.

230 to 250 is not what I want. I've just gone from a 390bhp golf lol.

I am going to do diverted valve but is it worth staying oem or is there an aftermarket like.blown off that is safe and ok on engine.
2 I'll check pcv but was looking at pcv delete kit and going to do service and cam follower

I went for the gfb dv+, and i couldn't be happier with the choice!
