I own a 55 plate 2006 A6 3.0 TDi Avant with the KKK turbo. I would like to swap that to the Garrett GTB2260VK. I'm just wondering if anyone else has done this and can tell me if the turbo is a straight swap, or whether the downpipe will need a new flange welding on and different intercooler/intake pipes etc?
I am aware that the car will need live mapping to get the best from it.
