Tweeter replacement - How to?

I noticed that over last couple of days passenger door tweeter had gone pops... it is a std stock music system (not BOSE) coupled to MMI hence was wondering does anyone have hints on How to replace it?

E.g. do I need to remove the door card? does it need any calibration etc?

Did a quick writeup here on removing the door card http://www.audi-sport.net/vb/a6-s6-...nt-bit-rebuild-repair-thread.html#post2101992. You just need to replace the damaged speaker, nothing else is required.. But as stated in my post you will need to by replacement door card clips.

guess I could get away by just removing the speaker cover only? or do I need to remove the card too?

The only way to remove the speaker is to remove the door card. For the tweeter you have to pull on the retaining clips and rotate it anti-clockwise.
