Tyre size??

Hi folks. Can anyone tell me if 245 40 18 is the standard size tyre on the 18 sline wheels?
Have seen some with 245 45 18 but not as many?

I've got 245/40 18 on my S-line wheels. both sizes will fit the 45 are just slightly taller.

OE size is 245 40 18. Using a 45 profile tyre will mess with the speedo.
