Unable to contact Rick?

Writing on behalf of a friend who's having a hard time trying to get hold of Rick.

Has anyone had trouble reaching him lately?

Rick, if you're reading this, James Carrington from Gold Coast Australia is trying to get hold of you for the last 2 weeks about remote tuning an ME3.8. He's got the emulator to work already.

Rick was really good last year in replying and communicating via email however I have PMed him on here and sent several emails but no response..
Seems like he is not keen to do the tune after 5 years off the road my car still sits tuneless
