Q5 Updating MMI firmware and maps on Q5

Hi everyone. I`m trying to update my q5 MMI.
This is the current version - 3g High i think.
I am a little lost in the begining and downloaded this one : 8R0 060 884 HF - 6.31.1 2020/2021 MMI 3G High/Plus Europe 2020/2021
After few LIT errors installed the update but nothig happened. Just the NAV says - Invalid database
What exactly is the updating order to uptade the firmware and maps? Do i have to install 0031 then others and last 0257? Or i can go directly to 0257?
The one thing i managed to do right is to activate the Green menu

I ended up having to pay the extra to have the firmware, maps and the activation on 3 separate 32gb sd cards as I couldn't get the maps sorted and prepared to transfer to an sd card for some reason. I had to install in the order above though

I know the order is firmware-maps-activator but the order of the firmware is the one that confuses me. I downloaded several versions and they have few folders inside named with numbers. do i have to update 0022 to 0031 (2 times) - then 0031 to 0257 (3 times)?

As far as I know, all you should do is pop the sd card in slot 1 and follow the on screen instructions although I would imagine the folders would need to be unzipped with suitable software before being copied to the sd card first which normally has to be formatted to Fat32 and maximum size of 32gb. I'm not sure if different suppliers have different methods - did they send you any instructions with the download?

fat32 and 32gb are very cleared in every instruction. The order of intalling the different versions is not. since the last one giving me error now i wonder which one to try and to have a working navigation

Hi, I am also looking for some help on this. I am a bit of a novice on this so here goes. I wanted to update the Maps on my audi Q5 2014, I bought the 3 SD cards . 1. firmware. 2. Maps update. 3 activator. I then followed all the instructions to update the Firmware. then i uploaded the maps and then the activator. I didn't delete the old maps as no matter what I did I couldn't access the green menu.

the issue I have now is that the navigation system is stuck on " Navigation initialising " seems to load to about 45% on first start up then just sticks on this screen. I have drove car around for about an hour, still same. left it parked up, still same

Any help very very greatly appreciated as I now have one Peed off MRs who wanted to take it to Audi to get done

How did you access the green menu buddy ?
