Hey guys wanna upgrade the HU on my 98 A3 non bose to an Alpine which wiring adapter do i need one with RCA or without?
Ok basically at the moment i have 2 amps one 4 the sub and one for the 6x9's with the standard audi headunit.
The Apline headunit which comes with RCA's for seperate sub output so will i still need the adapter that has RCA's or not?

Ah yes but i still have the standard front speakers and obviusaly i will need to power the radio?

The front speakers are on a standard ISO plug, as is the power. You may need to swap over the perm live and ignition on, but apart from that it should be a straight swap.
