What are you connecting and which ports as some are for charging only.

Trying to connect a USB which has music onto the any of the two ports under the arm rest, and I keep getting that error on the picture.

USB stick?

Is it usb 2.0 or newer?
What file extension are you using?
have you tried a different lead?

what year of car?

How has the stick been formatted? I think it needs FAT32 file system.

According to the manual FAT, FAT 32 and NFTS are compatible.

Yes it's a USB stick, and using exFAT, this same usb worked in many other cars, I'll try another one. Also it is a 2019 car. Thanks
