Used A4 B9 buyers guide? Problems to look for?

I currently have an A4 Avant B8, looking to upgrade to a B9 in the next 6 to 12 months. Mainly because of the ULEZ expansion in London.

Is there a buyers guide? Things to look out for? Oil problems etc?

I’ve had a look and can’t see anything using the search function or in the stickies.

I’m looking at the cheaper end of the market, a 2016 2.0 TDI Avant with higher miles. Ideally I’d like a Quattro, less bothered about s-line.
