Vibration between 1400 and 1600 revs

The manifold and cat is pretty darn close to the bulkhead / heatshield on a 2.5. My non-oem manifold cat used to catch and it felt like the whole car was going up but that was at idle.

The elctro-hydraulic mounts go solid at about 1100rpm on a 2.5 but not head of them causing the sort of problems you've got.

Cheers I think i might have to rev the car and hover over the manifold and find out if its vibrating against the chassis.
