Hi does anyone know if you can display the gear number your in on the new S3 virtual cockpit?

I can see it when I select S or M mode but when I go into normal D mode all I see is a D with no numbers

Only in S or if you use the paddles to go manual, In drive it doesn’t display the gear you’re in.

I take it there's no way to change this? I liked my previous S3 and RS3 both showed you what gear you were in regardless of what drive select you were in

I had two previous VAG cars of the Seat kind, and both had D1-D6/D7 shown. It's a shame, thought it would have been easy to keep.
