Washing the drying towels

What's everybody's way of washing drying towels? I've got a AG microfibre and the wooly mammoth. They could do with a clean. Can I just throw them in the washing machine with no conditioner or is it best to soak and hand wash?

I just chuck them in the machine on a quick wash with no conditioner

Washing machine and no conditioner.

Use a non-bio product and as above no conditioner
I use Woolite for my microfibre cloths and towels

Fairy non-bio & no conditioner for my MY's

I know I may be stating the obvious, but only ever use a MF once & then wash the mutha
