Water leak!

So after washing the car today, climbed in the back to give the carpets a Hoover and noticed a wet patch on the rear carpet behind the passenger side. Is this a common problem and any ideas where it could be coming from? Rear washer jet works fine. Just had its MOT and no reports of rust anywhere. Any help would be great!

Check the little drain holes in bottom of door, could be blocked with crap!

Had a quick look at them... I think. Are they the three holes in the bottom of each door? If so two were cover by a metal plate but the other was clear.

im guessing there wasn't any dampness in the front?
I had a leaky windscreen and the front was wet to begin with and it eventually made its way to the back.

Nope, it was only a small patch on the rear footwell. The headlining, seats and boot are all dry. The window seals seem fine too. Despite the heavy rain last night, it's dry now.
