basically need to top up with coolant.i had a leak so put some k-seal in and now want to top back up with coolant so any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance
what coolant do i use and how much?

I just went to the Audi dealer and asked for a litre for my car. It was about £8 plus vat and was actually 1.5 litres.
It's quite likely it's the same as other brands of coolant, but for the sake of a couple of quid I thought I'd get the proper stuff.
As Adam says, G12 plus plus was written on my bottle.
Looking at the expansion bottle on the car should tell you too. I've just noticed mine has G12 written on it.

to start with you need to flush the excess k seal out of the cooling system
then re fill with the correct coolant most cars produced after 2002 use red coolant but as you say audi will give you the correct stuff
as i have said get the excess k seal out it will cause you major problems if not!
