I appreciate your honesty, it’s not for everyone and is still growing on me even. Unfortunately in removing the chrome rings 70% of the clips broke, so I was forced into keeping the red one on, i hated it until I got the grille surround blacked and the pin stripes to match the rings. There will be a few more splashes of red in time, break callipers, etc. So hopefully the rings will start to fit in with the rest of the car more and more!!!

Fitted ODB port all in one dummy and extension cable. The dummy port powers your device and appears as though it will work but doesn't. The extension means only I know where the true port is.

Total job was not even 30 mins.

Sorted my blocked rear wiper jet by removing it letting it soak over night in fairy liquid and then giving it a good poking out with a pin, now works a treat I was starting to fear it was the common dead motor fault. Was surprised how much muck came out of such a small part!

Finished fabricating my heatshield in aluminium, and swapped out the one I made in steel. Not perfect, does the job tho.

Just finished adding this little addition to my custom induction set up. Intake lid I made with my dad, just to give it a better finish.

Decided I need to buy a dipstick for the 2.0 tfsi
Have gone from nothing on the digital display to please drain some oil after putting half a litre in it !

Have also fitted my piper cross filter and will be sorting some R8 red coils shortly

Updated the air intake on the under bonnet scoop, fitted the carbon fibre fibre last year but added the badge today , will also be increasing the size of the holes in the grill .

If any one wants one I have enough material to make another couple of the carbon fibre blanking plates

Hey that s quite good I guess as yesterday I've called Audi Wimbledon for a quotation and they ve said £ 180 for oil and filter..now I had it in my mind for a very long time that I would like to do it my self but after reading here and there about resale value with or without FSH I've decided to call them and see if they accept my own Castrol oil and Mann filter all bought accordingly to Audi specification but they've said no...today I've called my extended warranty provider(Audi) and they've said that I won t affect my warranty if I can get some prof (receipts) for the products I've used so the requirements for my car been respected.I'll give it a go I guess on Saturday
