What have you done today?

wiggled the longditudinal sensor behind the glove box - it had some movement in it so I pushed it to where is wasn't, but now the light doesn't come on? well not yet anyway.

Plus heaps of crud (thankfully not sludge) & hard stuff in pickup and the oil. Hope that job doesn't need to be done again anytime soon. Those 2 effing middle bolts!!! What a pain in the butt.

Technically yesterday but I watched the garage take 2.5 hours to fit 2 xenon bulbs.

Needed some tyres for the mot so bough 2x f1 asymmetric 2 £65 each not to bad.

Also attempted to fit my pioneer stereo and gave up quickly. Going to pay someone to do it properly I think

takes time that's for sure!

next job - tackling water pump & timing belt service - took my time since it's the first time doing the job - half a day to get old stuff out and started getting new stuff in

It's been a while since I've stuck an update on my S3, spending a lot of time on my A6 BiTdi instead! lol

But anyways, I finally had the 3" downpipe fitted to my 'project POS'! Got a few more niggly things to get sorted, and a smoke test, then I will book the car in for a custom map in the new year hopefully! :)

Fixed up the ugly scratchy looking steering shroud - metho'd the rubbery stuff off. And was going to repaint in a matte black but looks alright the way it is without matte on it.

Win!
