What is this module please...

I have a 2012 A5 cabriolet that had the electrics soaked due to a leak... the roof is dead and on diagnostics shows no power at all.
This unit was sloshing about in water...and is the only remaining bit that I can try and dry/ clean before it goes into the garage and takes all my money..
what is this unit? it’s to the left of the battery ...

Looks like the voltage converter. Any part numbers you can make out? Might have to remove the cover first.
