What's this connector for? (Seats)

Hi

I am trying to identify the black connector under my s4 seats. Does anyone know what it's for?

Green - Heated seats
Red - Motors
Yellow - Airbag
Black - ??

Are they electric seats or have electric lumbar?

They are fully electric. I am thinking it may be for the memory modules

Yes that's quite likely. If they're not fitted already you can add memory - it's a CP controlled part though so will require a trip to the dealer

yes I have a few things needing CP removing so that's no problem.

It looks like it is "Seat position sender"

The black connector is already present on base spec cloth seats with no electric bolster
