What's your winter runners ?? Pics :)

Just wondering what people have as there winter runners, or do you carry on using your car as an all rounder ?? I've got an s3 and use a nissan Micra super s (rare) as a winter runner

Love getting back in the s3 on the few nice days we get what you got ?

I use mine as an all rounder. It's 4x4. Why not. Although I've never actually properly driven my car in the snow or ice. But it's gotta be an upgrade on my bmw 318ci lol

I can work from home if weather is that bad so no drama... have debated on proper winter tyres for the A2 but will see how the next stint goes as the S3 on those tyres can go just about anywhere

I run a 1999 Honda Civic VTI-S on a full set of Uniroyal Rainsport 3s as my daily. It's harder on petrol than my S3 though!

Strange that the S3 is the complete all rounder that should be used any time of the year, but mine usually hibernates in my garage anyways, as I have a Toyota Rav4 if things do get bad.

Of course my S3 has no choice but the garage this time round, then she's going to be broken in spring time when the weather picks up!

Put my winter wheels on today! Bit of a saga...run the s3 as my daily and its been getting pretty frosty up here and been feeling the back roads a bit slippery, so on have gone the winters.

Winter wagon, I want it to snow. Plus the a3 is twitchy enough with a bit of damp. And I would want anyone smashing into my Gti.
