I have decided yet but I'm mainly going with a Lightweight 17x8 with a semi slick for the track my everyday wheel will be stock.

BC Forged HC 040 2 piece rim and yes they fit as they can be machined to any off set

These were my original choice in 19" but 19"s won't fit the S1 unless you cut the car because of the running gear but 19"s do however fit the front wheel drive

That's typical. To be honest tho with the lowering kit on yours the 18's should look pretty good.

Wow that is insane. Those extras are not cheap either, what a result for you. Did it have the remap as well?

Yes remap and transfer of warranty no problem

Brilliant. Looks really good with all the silver bits. Can't believe someone would have all that done and then chuck it in after 400 miles. Perhaps it scared them too much lol

Dealer told me he had 7 cars from them last year!! Expensive habit

looking forward to seeing these on the s1 , what size / spec you gone for ?

should look good , 13mm poke on rear , 8mm on front
ive put some 5 mm spacers on the rear but think 10 mm would be ok

Maximum you can push on the S1 on wheels is 18x9 +20 front and +15 rear. My SSR MS1's arrive first week July :)

If you want poke and that hella flush/stanced look then you can run what I ran which was 18x8.75 +20 on 215/35/18 Rubber. You can push to a 9" wheel as I tried on my mates 18x9 +20 and fit fine too.

XXR527 18x8.75 +20

If you don't want the poke but want to fill the guards so it sits flush then my MS1 setup is the go which is 18x9 +29 on 225/35/18 Rubber.

Ok I didn't know if you would follow ommeh advice on sizes or not. Can't wait to see them mounted, I love Bronze colored wheels.

I personally think a 9J rim is to wide and I wasn't really after poke. Plus I am not a massive fan of tyre stretching.
