where to support the engine when dropping the sub-frame

Hi all just wanted someone to help me out I need to do the oil pick up pipe and strainer on my 1.8 T cabriolet on a 53 reg at the weekend but don't know where to support the engine when dropping the sub-frame any help would be much appreciated many thanks

How come you're dropping the subframe?
