Which Audi HU's Work In A3 8L (CANBUS)?

Hi,

I'm selling my car shortly (a 2002 MY A3 8L) which I fitted almost from new with a Becker Sat Nav HU.

I want to keep that, and as I sold the Concert 2 long ago, I need to source an Audi head unit to replace it prior to sale.

My question is, will the older Concert 1 units work in my CANBUS car? Will the station info be displayed in the DIS etc?

Or, do I need a 2002 vintage CANBUS head unit like the original Concert 2?

Any other ideas for compatible single DIN Audi HU's?

If your car is canbus then you need a canbus radio, I think concert I is not canbus and uses clk/data/enable for the cluster information.

I'd best start my search for a Concert 2 then!

I presume any CANBUS Concert 2 will fit, like from an A4 for instance?
