Will A6 Rotors fit an A5?

Hi guys. I'm selling my 20inch rotors from my 2014 A6 c7 and someone has asked if they will fit his 2011 A5.

Pcd is obviously ok just wondering about offset etc if they'll fit? He doesn't know much about Cars and don't want him to end up trying to return them

My neighbour has a 2015 A5 Sportback with Rotor wheels and they're a lot deeper dished than my previous 2013 S line Black Edition Avant, so ET must differ.

I have A5 ET as 29 rather than 33 so A5 will need spacers.
