Will one of these Audi satnavs go straight into my A3 8P?

Will one of these Audi satnavs fit straight into my A3 8P?.......what also do i need for the GPS?.....and for the bluetooth?........can this be made a DAB?......sorry for all the Qs

The one in the attached picture won’t as it’s a different fascia.

better off with a Pioneer as the RNSE, even the 193 LED version is ancient.

Which Pioneer Darren 92 ?, I have the basic Audi unit with CD player on my 2011 8P line, want to be able to connect to a unit via blue tooth, nav etc, are they plug and play ?. I am a total tube at this kind of thing, so plug and play would suit. Thanks
