Window Wiper Motor Recall

Just took in me motor to get a haldex seal leak sorted and they told me they'd done the window wiper motors as well. Aparently they go faulty and there's an Audi recall.

I'm on a 54 plate A3 3.2, dunno if it affects A3's after this

im on a 04 plate will this affect me? also how did you know about the haldex leak? i can hear the gears clunking when i change gear, is this the problem ?

not sure, my car was in for it's 20k service and that's when they found a small leak in the one of the haldex seal.

Migzy - which dealer was this as you use dealers down my way?

I've just received a letter saying my vehicle has an 'outstanding vehicle campaign procedure' inviting me to go in so was wondering what it was as it doesn't specify. Says it will not affect vehicle safety so presumably not wipers?
