Wing mirror lubricating

Hi there, I have a slight issue when I select reverse and the left hand mirror drops to the curb, it seems to be jerky now.
Can anybody tell me how to lubricate the Wing mirror please?

remove mirror glass and there is mechanism wich moves mirror

They often break though, that's the issue - Try putting it on full tilt and see if you can spray some lubricant behind it - It will be centre of the glass at the back

it's best to lower it and turn it to one side, it will be easier to take it out but it needs some tool for this. Then he will be able to explain the whole mechanism, put some pictures in soon if I have something

If you have a suction mount for something (the larger the better) that is ideal for prising the glass off its mountings without breaking it.
