wiring diagram required

hi looking for a wiring diagram colour coded for the radi/speaker system as previous owner thought best way fit a stereo was to cut the plugs of and tape wires together rather than spend £5-10 on a plug from halford so now i have car i want to put plugs back on but unsure what wires are what so if anyone has one and could upload or email me it would be great save the pennys on a auto elect

sorry i have an audi a3 1996 1.8 currently have no stereo fitted just a bunch of wires left by previous owner, i'm hoping to fit either standard audi plugs or iso thinking about fitting original audi concert cd radio player
