Might be S3Simon's cancelled order. Not sure he got as far as placing the exclusive colour order though. Alu pack too, gads.

just checked the exchange rate and it's the same as I'm paying for mine in Germany - 55 grand = €70,000 And I managed it with a standard colour... :)

But why would anyone buy at that price?

Especially with the facelifted version just around the corner?

I would want it at £44k......not £56k !!

Had a seat in it.....its nice with the design pack and B+O, but £56k....my word!
Im 6ft 2in....found the pano roof made it a tiny bit tight for headroom even with the seat as low as possible

true, I wouldn't walk into a showroom and buy it at that price now, and certainly not in that spec. I ordered mine 6 months ago and am still waiting, but I'm not cancelling and waiting another 6-9 months to take delivery of the facelift. 4 or 5 months without wheels since I sold my TTRS is more than enough for me, and I'll take the hit of meeting a facelift at the lights with 30 more horsepower next year - which will never happen anyway :)

well, anything's possible, but I had my TTRS for 5 years and only lined up against another one at the lights once in all that time - and never met the TTRS Plus even once!

Wow!!!! I wish I had caught this while you were still there, would have loved some more photos of it :blownose:

Ara blue is a serious contender for mine...... Gutted I am in South Wales, maybe if it was in Birmingham I would go take a look but oh well.

Can't believe I am sat here looking at a two night break in Aberdeen for my birthday next month, solely for going to Audi :whistle2::shrug:

You would need to be there before next month...even though that car is RIDICULOUSLY expensive, no doubt it will be sold within the next week or two.

In January, while we were buying my wifes A1, they drove a fully specced RS7 into the showroom.....wow that sounded like it could wake the dead. Anyway, it was around £115K.....it sold later the same day!

Dynamic pack plus!!

I suppose if you regularly cruise at 155mph on the motorway you may aswell up it to 174, more chance of outrunning the police chopper:)

Agreed.
I reckon the salesman got carried away ticking boxes. Why pay all the extra for dynamic plus. I know Audi totally bend you over on the cost of extras, but for that they are also ripping out your kidneys....****** disgrace. I bet its just a software mod that costs pennies, but they charge a GRAND above the dynamic price...mind boggling and the biggest thing that annoys me about Audi.

The standard car will bypass the limiter in 6th so a complete waste of £1k too!

TX.

The £1,000 option to increase the top speed by 19mph is definitely the cherry on top of the Audi rip-off options cake. Or is it the £125 for body coloured door mirrors that a boggo spec A3 has as standard. Or £300 for some paint on the calipers...

Sadly I didn't mean to purchase one, not in a position to yet. (Apprenticeship issues)

I were thinking of going up solely to see the car in that colour.

That is a sunning colour.
What were the carbon inlays like?
Probably a cancelled order from one of the oil industry boys before harsh economic reality struck.
Crazy depreciation on that as soon as it drives out.
Even with 6K off it would take some sharp man maths to justifyy.
Someone better alert Jassy to a mega high spec RS3 in blue though.
He should ask the question:flushed:

Funny....I sat in it, then looked at the spec.....and then sat in it again as I hadnt really noticed the carbon inlays.....pretty unremarkable I would say.
The design pack with the red highlights looks nice, but nit worth half of what rip off Audi ask for.

I assumed there was more to it than the software, like it comes with better spec tyres to cope or something.

I understood it was just moving the limiter from 250km/h to 280km/h!

If it's better tyres etc, I'll be amazed.

I like them both.
Was only referring to the Alu pack-gad thingy.
I was just meaning that blue is one of the few colours I think it suits now imo
A guy on here got Daytona with Al pack and I thought it sounded terrible but it was cracking looking in the photos.

Couple of years ago I Traded my a3 8p in for a s3 8p with ssc, week later my a3 which had 100k on was on auto trader with 85k

That's really bad. Was it SSC that had it on Autotrader?

Was Ssc at first then another trader called premier specialist cars in Scotland I think, all part of the same company
