As you are all aware the GARDX they try to sell you when you order your car comes in at £500, when you say no it drops to £399....but you still say no. I just had a look to see how much you can get it for if you DIY it.

Yes is a big mark up but a lot of it is paying for the time and skill, although the chances of getting it done properly at a dealer are slim.

Depends if they get externals who are qualified in to apply it or no. OR if their own staff are trained properly and have the time to do a good job.

GARDX is the biggest con going. With the same money in proper detailing products, a little patience and time invested by yourself will yield a far superior paint finish.

If I'm not trusting the Dealer to prep my car I sure as ***** ain't letting them anywhere near with these products!

I spent some time on DW and watching YouTube videos, you will find detailing yourself is far more satisfying and rewarding. Just be sure to do it right!

I'm buying for the new car now, but problem is I'm using now instead of the new car so more purchases of Detailing gear imminent lol
