Xbox One - Panels & COA Sticker

Wondering if someone could help me out, its in regards to my thread - here

I sold my Xbox One on ebay - the guy is trying everything to get a refund and has stated its been taken apart in the past - and uploaded pictures to an ebay dispute.
I did not take my unit apart, so was wondering if everyone else s looks the same - I'm guessing it does!
