Xenon light upgrade

Hi all,

I recently bought a 57 plate A6 Le Mans 3.0l Quattro, it has standard headlights. Can I upgrade them to lights from a slightly newer car that has xenons and day time run lights? Would the day time lights work or is additional wiring required?

Headlight upgrade can be done, may require wiring & module upgrades to support, only will know when the cars scanned & checked over.

If you have standard headlights you may need the auto leveling sensors to upgrade to xenons, these are found on the rear of the car. You will probably need them if you have the headlight level adjustment dial next to the switch. Also you will require headlight washers if you upgrade to xenons, MoT requirement.

Thanks! I have the headlight washers, not sure about the sensors though.. will check it out

You wont have sensors unless it has xenons, so if following to the letter, they would need fitting & there are sensors front & rear not just rear.
