Xenon retrofit and radio interference

Has anyone else experienced this since upgrading to Xenon's and if you did how the hell did you fix it? only happens on radio 2 or so it seems

Intereferences with HID kits is a very common problem.

Not properly shielded High Voltage cables generate EMI (Electro Magnetic Interference).

In your case is not a big deal, just radio interference.

Other cars suffer more serious problems like:
- ABS / ESP errors in the A4 B6
- Wiper motor failure in the A3 8P

Should be able to improve your radio reception if you use Aluminum tin foil to shield the High Voltage cables.

If the Aluminum foil doesn't help in your case there is HID a company that sells special HID that avoid any kind of interference.
