Yelow gunge on dipstick

Was checking the oil level on my s line this first thing this morning and when i pulled out the dipstick the was a yellowish gunge at the bottom, tried again and the same thing again, oil level is fine but a bit concerned what this could be, car has done 10,500 miles but not had first service yet, still 4k miles to go according to display. Any ideas on this this appreciatted.

Go get the car serviced as soon as posible, You are better off changing the oil and filter on the 190 at 10,000 mile intervals, This is typical of what happens with the Audi Long Life Service, gunge build up. Is your engine oil cap showing any build up?

No gunge on filler cap, car is going in early jan for some warranty work, will get it serviced at the same time, car is used for mainly short journeys around 10 miles back and forth to work, may start getting it serviced every 10k as long life service could lead to probs.
