Bought one a while back as I had classic symptoms, no door electrics etc etc. Looked at the wires between door and car and all seemed fine, so assumed it was dodgy unit. Had to pop a dent out of the drivers door the other day and found that 2 wires were snapped on inside the door not the rubber...
Right got mate dropping his laptop off this evening which I'm going to use to try and clear some of these faults. I've got a new convenience module to code to my car as I think that's whats causing all the aggro with the door electrics not working on both sides of the car. only thing is i have...

Morning All,

well i won't be bothering with the next set as this is too much hassle. plus how easily you can get a locking wheel nut remover from ebay is a bit scary.
these are the two nuts in question. As you can see the top one is a full nut but it has a crack down it. and the 2nd one displays what's left after the outside sort of fractured off.
got those ordered off ebay last week and they were too big to fit in the recess for the wheel nut on the alloy so grounded down only to find the 20mm is about 1mm too big. and no one seem to stock 19mm ones.
after getting a bargain price for some Audi alloys to replace the 5 spoke ones on my motor now. got 2 off and replaced with new ones, came to the 3rd and I couldn't get the locking wheel nut to budge (not even 1mm). tried it on the next wheel and heard a little crack and to my amazement I've...
Yeah just need someone who has possible fitted them to theirs or knows more about the model of alloy. As i don't think they were fitted to b6's from factory but they were to b5's.
Afternoon All,
just wondered if someone with greater knowledge could help and tell me whether these alloys would fit on my A4 B6, I believe they came off a 99 A4. I'm sure they're 5x112 I'm just not sure on the offset. Want to buy a set I can just bolt straight on no need for spacers etc.
Thanks
copies would be identical to the oem's other than the back fixing plate. I'm not saying that you have to buy them just that I will be producing some soon for a good price, as dealers and scrappies are charging a load for these.
