turbo woes !

Help, my turbo on my 1.9AFN is fubbered !!
got sick of limp mode, so I took it to my mechanic to see if he could take the turbo off and clean the vanes, but he phoned me earlier to tell me that now it's on the bench it sounds like a childs rattle, seems the end of the actuator rod has broken !
So I'm in need of a replacement turbo, anyone know of one that's spare !!

looks like santa has come early for me !! it's a recon vag one from nerings, getting it put on tomorrow, god I've missed my car the last 2 weeks, I've had to endure the wifes old ****roen !

I can't tell you how good it is to have my car back, after a couple of weeks in the wifes !!

I've only driven it about 5miles to get it home , and the road conditions wouldn't allow me to give it some stick, but it does feel good. Going to put some miles on it this weekend and see if I can really tell a difference. It will be nice to be able to drive normally and not drive to avoid limp, as I have been doing for ages !
