Hi guys ive got a 57 plate a3 looking to put newer shape bumpers on like 2009 onwards shape whats involved is it a direct fit if not whats involved thanks

I'm not 100% but you may have to change front wings, bonnet and headlights to do the facelift conversion, not cheap..

For 2009 bumpers the rear is straight swap, front end is another story it's new wings front panel, bonnet ect

So not really worth it i may aswell just get a sline bumper for my shape lol thanks for your help mate

Yes the S line bumper will give it a nice finish for sure, I prefer that front end to the newer facelift version.

Front s line bumper can still look pretty fresh in the right colour with a black optics grill.

My cars the dark grey not sure if its lava or dolphin grey i think they call it so yeah should look ok with black grill aswell
