Hi,

Does anyone know where can I buy replacement swirl flaps from (not the rod)?
Fault code: P2015

Near side inlet manifold flap (not the rods) excessively worn and going past the stop.

The off side inlet manifold flap is also heavily worn and will fail.

I have been advised there is a repair kit available for the manifold flaps.

Many thanks

There are repair kits available I don't think they are genuine parts though unlike the rods .
They are expensive at nearly £100 a side.

You can get aftermarket complete manifolds for less than £300 for a pair

Or complete with new VDO motors

How many miles has the car done ??. The rods usually resolve this issue even on high mileage cars.

Hi Karl,

Many thanks for the info and will have a look into it.

The car has done 90,000 miles.

Thanks again.
